In the Illinois legal community, there are three services that rate lawyers based on legal ability and ethical standards. While these rating services employ somewhat different criteria for screening, each conducts lawyer surveys. This is called being “peer reviewed.”
The rating services of Martindale-Hubbell, Super Lawyers and Leading Lawyers has screened Frank A. Perrecone over the years for his legal ability and ethical standards. He obtained the highest possible ratings from each service.
Martindale-Hubbell has awarded Mr. Perrecone the coveted “AV Preeminent” rating, which means lawyers rank him at the highest level of professional excellence with the highest ethical standards.
Super Lawyers, which screens lawyers in practice areas, has bestowed to Mr. Perrecone the highly regarded “Super Lawyer” designation in his practice area of personal injury litigation. Only 5% of the total lawyers in the State of Illinois are selected as “Super Lawyers.”
Leading Lawyers is likewise an organization that contacts thousands of Illinois lawyers, asking them who they believe the top lawyers in the state are. Mr. Perrecone was conferred “Leading Lawyer” status in personal injury related practice areas.
